In this program you will get support and guidance to make healthy lifestyle changes so you refresh, renew and re-commit to being well. 

Why? When we have good health we stop being stagnant; we stop being tired; we start moving forwards with energy to commit to the kind of life we want.

So although this program focuses on health through food, mindset, and coaching - these things are just the vehicle to get you energy to live the life you really want and dream of.

Week 1

Get set

We will start by taking stock on where you're at with your health and lifestyle. We'll have small group coaching time to create a sustainable foundation for eating well and moving well.  To live with zest, joy and in alignment with your unique gifts you need good health.  So with health we start.

We'll cover:

  • A detailed outline of the plan for the month ahead
  • Your Q & A's
  • Home detox - how to begin
  • The essentials for a healthy pantry
  • Realistic, exciting and inspiring goal setting - your 'why'.
  • Getting set up for your 14-day food plan
  • Grounding exercises and moving meditations

How:

  • Small group online coaching call (Maximum of 6 participants)

Weeks 2 & 3

Detox and nourish

The next 14 days we dive deep into healing your body using the curriculum and food plan in the 'The Community Table' cookbook.  We'll meet weekly to cook together online.  You'll know ahead which recipe(s) we'll be prepping.  In these online cooking classes I'll dive into nutritional teachings.  This will be hands on, practical and by the end of the class you'll have cooked meals AND you'll have learnt A LOT about food, detoxing, reducing inflammation, how to vary recipes and oh so much more.

We'll cover: 

  • How to's for cooking 
  • Nutritional knowledge and practices
  • Healing with foods
  • Exercises and meditations that support healthy digestion

How: 

  • Weeks 2 & 3 online cooking classes
  • Weeks 2 & 3 exercise and meditation classes
  • Weeks 2 & 3 small group Q & A coaching call

Week 4

Create + Focus

In our last week together, we'll focus on setting goals to move forward.  We'll create momentum that will carry forward after you finish the program.  This week is about setting you up for lasting success and joy to come.

We'll cover:

  • Creating a daily practice
  • How to find inspiration 
  • Continued support on eating well and moving well
  • Healing foods and herbs - how to make your own remedies
  • Next steps - ensuring you are SET UP to catch up to your dreams.

How: 

  • Small group online herbal home remedy class (roll up your sleeves and get ready to create).
  • Week 4 exercise and meditation class
  • Small group Q & A and next steps coaching call
  • Unlimited email support
