In this one of a kind program you will get support and guidance to make healthy changes to re-set your diet, your fitness and your work-life balance. 

Join the small group coaching 30 day program in which we’ll detox together, do online cooking classes, nutrition classes, exercise and meditation classes - and, of course, personalised coaching to get you through your blocks and blindspots.

Why? Uncover and improve your energy to live the life you really want and dream of. This program focuses on health through food, mindset, exercise and coaching. It’s a 30 day reset.

Week 1

Get set

We will start by taking stock on where you're at with your health and lifestyle. We'll have small group coaching to create a sustainable foundation for eating well and moving well.  This week we’ll get straight into learning some beautiful, grounding and strengthening movements sequences I’ve created from my years of studying chi gong, yoga and dance.

We'll cover:

  • A detailed outline of the plan for the month ahead

  • Your Q & A's

  • Home detox - how to begin

  • The essentials for a healthy pantry

  • Realistic, exciting and inspiring goal setting - your 'why'.

  • Getting set up for a food detox (no gluten, no sugar)

  • Grounding exercises and moving meditations to incorporate into your morning routine


  • Small group online coaching call (Maximum of 6 participants)

  • Grounding exercise and meditation class

  • Small group Q & A coaching call

  • Your copy of The Community Table

  • Unlimited email support

  • Private facebook group to be connected with the other participants

Weeks 2 & 3

Detox and nourish

The next 14 days we dive deep into healing using the curriculum and food plan in the 'The Community Table' cookbook.  We'll meet twice weekly to cook together online!  You'll know ahead which recipe(s) we'll be prepping.  In these online cooking classes I'll dive into nutritional teachings.  This will be hands on, practical and by the end of the class you'll have cooked meals AND you'll have learnt A LOT about food, detoxing, reducing inflammation, how to vary recipes and oh so much more.

We'll cover: 

  • How to's for cooking

  • Nutritional knowledge and practices

  • Healing with foods

  • Exercises and meditations that support healthy digestion


  • Weeks 2 & 3 online cooking classes

  • Weeks 2 & 3 exercise and meditation classes

  • Weeks 2 & 3 small group life coaching

  • Unlimited email support

  • Private facebook group to be connected to your peers

Week 4

Create + Focus

In our last week together, we'll focus on setting goals to move forward.  We'll create momentum that will carry you on after the program.  This week is about setting you up for lasting success and finding ways to incorporate into your daily routine what’s worked best from the detox, the exercises, and the meditation techniques. A highlight of this week is learning to make your own remedies - a natural first aid kit!

We'll cover:

  • Creating a daily practice

  • How to find inspiration

  • Continued support on eating well and moving well

  • Healing foods and herbs - how to make your own remedies

  • Next steps - ensuring you are SET UP to catch up to your dreams.


  • Small group online herbal home remedy class (roll up your sleeves and get ready to create). Shopping lists will be provided ahead of time so we can create together!

  • Week 4 exercise and meditation class

  • Small group Q & A and next steps coaching call

  • Unlimited email support
